My periods are irregular and light, ive got swollen hands and feet , sore breasts, sad and moody and am tired all the time. Is this all caused because of the low B12? Thank you for your help.

B12 and iron deficiency can give rise to all these problems.
But in hypothyroid this problems can be there and again B12 deficiency and iron deficiency is common among hypothyroid.
So go for thyroid test and rule out hypothyroid.
Consult your physician and get examined.
Ok and take care.
