Have Internal Hemorrhoids. Forceful Urination. Guide

I think I have internal hemrrhoids, and after a few nights of not been able to sleep I gave in and bought the preparation H cream... It really helps. At one point, my urinating just wasn't coming out the proper way, it's like I was forcing it and I always felt like my bladder was full. I have been using preparation H every 3 or 4 days and its helps and my urine flow is slowly getting better... How can you help me? What do I have?

Hi thanks for your question.
Haemorrides if inflamed can cause retention of urine and if there is obstruction to the bladder outlet straining on urine can cause haemorrides or prolapse of the rectum. I would suggest you to get yourself examined by a general surgeon who may examine you to determine the root cause of your problems. You may need investigations like proctoscopy/sigmoidoscopy and ultra sound abdomen to determine exact cause of your problems.
Hope this answers your question.
