hi, This is Istaba Hussain, aged 48 and I have been heavy smoker since last 8 years, do not drink much water, hardly have lunch. I have a increased bronchovascular markings in both perihiliar regions suggestive of bronchitis as per the Chest X-Ray. Please advice Thanks and Regards
Hi, This picture is quite common among smokers. Stop smoking as in future you might get COPD ( chronic occlusive pulmonary disease ). Do deep breathing exercise daily and regularly. Ok and take care.
