Have Hypothyroidism, Taking Thyronom, Back, Armpit Pain. Serious? Cancer?
Hi I am joyeeta & am 2 years old my problem is that I have hypo thyroidism since when I was 8 yeasrs old & having medication of Thyronom now %0 mg daily one tablet recently I have a dying pain just below my armpit that tends to run down to my breast bone, have checked a gyane & she said to test my ESR,Heamoglobin & TSh today I am facing a sore throat problem I am really worried that is there any severe problem with me for I have a pain on my upper back side of my left shoulder is there any sort of problem of TB or cancer, the doctor has recommended me to take an orl medication of primrose oil & livogen along with calcium & vitamin b complex tablets. please help I am in panic

thank you for the query.First of all dont be panic.The thing is that there are many causes of such type of pain you have mentioned.It may be because of any
-muscle pain
-gastric pain
-any local infection which may lead to swollen lympnodes
-fibromyalgia
-abscess may also cause pain but you may see lump also.
and the other causes may be what you are thinking.Mammogram can rule out breast cancer and as you have already done with esr you can rule out tuberculosis.Thank you.Hope this information mighthelp you and if you have any other queries feel free to contact me here.
