Have hypothyroidism and PCOS. What could have gone wrong with IUI?

27yrs,Hey I have hypothyroidism and also PCOS :( . Have been TTC from past 18months with no success. Actually got to know about my TSH and PCOS only before 4months. Last cycle I had 2 follicles of 22 and 17mm. Did IUI with no luck. What might have went wrong ? and again this cycle I have follicles of 27 and 22mm. Wat r the measures that are needed from myside.

I really appreciate your concern, pregnancy is the physiological and natural phenomenon that depends upon some factors like presence of ovum and sperm at the time of coitus in presence of some hormones if these are not there then conception may not be possible, practically it has been seen that even after normal hormone level presence of ovum and sperm are there still conception does not takes place while on other hand with obvious abnormality conception happens, so keep trying for that hope this information helps.
