Have Hyperemia In Biceps Tendon, Partial Tear In Supraspinatus Tendon And Tendinosis Os Subscapularis Tendon. What Is The Cure?

Hello . I was diagnosed with..... partial tear in the supraspinatus tendon , and tendinosis of the subscapularis tendon in my right shoulder . Also hyperemia in the biceps tendon , Ultra sound also shows fluid around supraspinatus .
Week ago i fall to the floor I have unbearably pain ... please ....what can be done to cure it.

The partial tear and the inflammatory changes that you have in your tendons can be treated conservatively. Local steroid injections may be helpful if the pain is chronic.
