Have High Fasting Blood Sugar Level. Insulin Dependent And On Novolog. Should Diet Include Carb?
I have fasting blood sugar of 153 and post meal level of 145. I am on Insulin taking 3 times (before each meal) of Novolog (10 units each) and one time of Lancid (20 units) at night time.The level comes down whenever I avoid any carb in meal. Do I need to take carb in the meal? Is it mandatory forr getting energy? Please advise.
