Have Hernia. Testicular & Lower Abdominal Pain. Problem?

Hi, I went canoeing today. I already have a preexisting hernia which has stayed dormant by avoiding heavy lifting. After getting home (canoe has been lifted several time on and off jeep) i start feeling testicular pain followed by lower abdominal pain which is increasing. If i had to compare this to anything it feels a lot like when i passed a kidney stone. Only feel comfortable laying in a fetal postion. Thanks for your time.

Hi,
From your history this might be due to strangulated inguinal hernia giving rise to this problem.
As soon as possible consult surgeon and get examined physically.
If strangulation of hernia is there, emergency measures should be taken.
Surgeon will try to reduce hernia.
Take rest and avoid weight lifting.
Ok and take care.
