Have Headache, Trouble In Sleeping And Body Pain. Blood Test Is Normal. What To Do?

I am insulan ressitant my levels are 13 my GP says is not bad enough to medicate. I have trouble sleeping and have recently been prescribed Circardin. I suffer from bad head aches this has been going on for around 3-4months, my doctor isn't concerned about the Head aches. (I feell like there is pressure at the back top of my neck in between my ears.) In the last twevel months I have given up smoking and eat healthy and exercise (workout program for an hour a day) i am always extreamly tired and have body aches and pains, constantly feeling like I've been hit by a bus... I dont think my doctor is taking every thing into consideration (I have had a full blood test and apart from my insulan leves everything else was fine)

Hello,

You're a diabetic with high insulin resistance.
Basically you may be needing high dose of insulin.
Insulin retains fluids in the body.
Check for any hypertension.
Check for any electrolyte imbalance.
If both are normal then check for any ocular problems like glaucoma which is very common in diabetics.
If your eyes are also fine then CT/MRI for identifying the cause for headache.
Last but not the least, stress can also contribute to headache.
