Have Headache, Knot In The Neck And Stiffness In The Shoulder
i have a hard knot in the small of my neck. having headaches, and stiffness in shoulder/neck on the right side. 3 weeks ago, i started working out every day in addition to hot yoga almost every day. healthy non smoker female 25 vegan (no animal products) no children.
