Hello. I am a twenty-three year old male, about 5 8 and 140 pounds. I ve recently been experiencing a constant, hot throbbing sensation in the left side of my face - mostly in my left temple. I haven t been experiencing headaches . I ve been under more stress than usual recently, and also may have pulled a muscle in my neck right before the trouble started. It s been like this for about a week now.
