Have headache and feel off balanced. Had head injury. Something serious?

hi i hit my head 8 years ago at school on this metal bar i didnt go unconsious or nothing but i got a really bad night sweat anyways i just didnt tell anyone and now when i walk i feel off balance i get headaches often and its really frightening for me so i went to my doctor and he said i just have a growth in my head from the blow and its nothing ?

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.

Its difficult to understand what you doctor meant by "just a growth in the head from below". You should certainly get a CT scan head done to identify if there is any injury to the brain.
Balance is a function of inner ear, brain and cerebellum. If there is trauma or illness to any of the parts then it will lead to imbalance.
