Hello
Dizziness(the type which you have described) is usually caused by an inner ear problem or a neurological problem.
An inner ear problem would make you feel dizzy whenever you change your posture-example, getting up from lying position, or turning/bending your head. It could be associated with a ringing sensation in the ears. And it would take you longer time to regain your composure.
A neurological problem could explain the dizziness as well as the headaches.
In any case, you need to consult a physician and get yourself thoroughly examined to find out the exact cause for your symptoms and to give you the appropriate treatment.
Lastly, is it possible that you are pregnant-morning sickness can present like this too.
Kindly get yourself examined thoroughly as soon as possible.
Take care
