Hi there, thanks for asking. If you have never done any investigation and you have hair loss, hair thinning, loss of appetite and etc, you should do some tests. First the doctor should see if you have anemia. anemia can cause hair loss and low energy level and also depression. The doctor should also check for thyroid function test. change in hair texture and change in appetite and some other symptoms happen frequently in low functioning or high functioning thyroid. Overall you need to tell your doctor to assess completely what is going on. Best wishes.
