Have had grade 3 tumor in breast. Noticed soft painless lump on elbow. Could it be related?

I have a soft painless lump on the point of of my elbow . I only noticed it yesterday but it seem larger to-day ( about the size of a large cherry). I had a grade 3 tumor the size of a walnut in the breast just over 4 years ago. had chemo and radiation . Is there any possibility this could be connected. Otherwise I am a very fit and active 74 year old.

Most probably the lump on the elbow is unrelated to the breast tumour.
However, please consult your Specialist for the exact diagnosis, since you have had a prior history of malignancy
take care.
