Hi, my lower abdomen is severely bloated for almost 3 weeks now. At first I thought it was PMS but its been over a week having finished. I am so bloated, that my clothes no longer fit me. I feel very uncomfortable, no bloating in other body parts...just my lower abdomen. Doctor thought it was maybe a cyst so she sent me for an ultrasound but turns out im fine but bloating is still there and now i have lower back pain. No constipation is present although I had an early period (about 5 days) when it is usually late . I feel a bit of pain, almost like a mild cramp coming from my hip area all the way down that comes and goes....I am 30.
Hi, Symptoms are cramping in lower abdomen and back, bloating, tenderness on lower left side of stomach. My gyno has done an ultrasound with a finding 10.5mm, with heterogeneous cystic changes? due to hyperplasia. In addition there is an area of focal echogenicity measuring 0.9x0.7x0.4cm, ?polypoid change. This lies to the left of midline. Conclusion Endometrial hyperplasia and focal polypid change? Haemorrhagic complication ovarian cyst left side. Gyno will perform a hysteroscopy in a couple of weeks time. I am worried it may be cancerous?! thanks N
My wife VM, 43 yrs has 205 Amylase levels in blood. when ultrasound was done on abdomen, she is seen with nornal pancreas but Gall bladder: Nornal in size. Hyperechoic nonshadowing foci along innerwall noted - suggestive of adenomyometosys. wall thivkness is nornal. Uterus: Uterus is anteverted, anteflexed and measured 74X48X31 mm. A 12X13 mm fibroid is seen in the lower uterine body of the anterior plane.Endomerium is normal in thickness (8 mm) Pancreatic size, outline and echogenesity are normal. Peripancreatic planes are well defined. No calcification or ductal dilation seen. ( Other organs are also said to be normal.) A CT scan on abdomen tells that she has TINY GALL BLADER POLYPS. Small Fibroid in Uterine Fundus. She has little bloated abdomen seen from outside for the past few months. Due to this she reduced her food intake. 1. Doctors suggested Gall blader removal. 2. Mirena IUD introduced for Uterus. Is 200 levels high for Amylase? What suggestions do you make for her? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
