Hi, there are many causes for repeated abortions. The important ones are chromosomal abnormalities of fetus, antiphospholipid antibody syndrome and other immunological disorders. You need to be aware of what exactly caused your abortions and have to take targeted preventive measures.

Apart from genetic, immunological causes, Abortions in 2 trimester, that is after 3 month, may be due to some defect in opening of uterus that is cervical os. It may be congenital or other defect. It needs special test HSG, HYSTERO GRAPHY when not pregnant.Cervical os & lenght measurement during pregnancy.
You may need CERVICAL CIRCLAGE during this pregnancy.May consult before getting pregnant.
