Have Growing Skin Tags. Travoderm Cream Not Helping. Recommendations?

ive got a a few skin tag since 2008 its been a long time tho but i thoughtit will gone just like when i was a kiddo but now got lot of tiny growth skin tags .,i visited my dermatologist and she said its not a wart she gaveme a travoderm cream and a soap tho but nothing happened now im using castor oil coz i dnt have extra money to visit her again.

Skin tags are benign skin growths and appear as soft piece of hanging skin.
No creams and soap would help in their removal.
These can ony be removed by minor skin procedures like electrocautery or RF cautery. For the same you may contact a dermatologist near by.
