Have Gas, Diarrhea, Bad Smell. How Do I Confirm If I Have Piles?

I know i have piles(well im pretty sure)... Everyday, sometimes more the once a day i feel like i am going to burst, feels like i need to pass wind but i know whats coming. I do explode but never with dihoreea, with this scuttery horrible mucus! The smell is horrific! And its so embarrassing! Please tell me what to do/take to fix this

Hi, thank you for writing to HCM. With this presentation, I think you might be having inflammatory bowel disease or irritative bowel syndrome. These conditions affect the small intestines and colon. The symptom that is closely associated with pile is bleeding and not mucus in stool. I think you need proper assessment by a doctor.
