Have Gas, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea. Colon Cancer?

Hello, Im a male 24 years old going on 25, For the past couple years ive had symptoms that indicate i might have IBS . Gas, some bloating , stomach pains, diarhhia. Recently i think i might have hemmoroids. I have ALL the syptoms of before but this time i also feel itching and pain sometimes when passing hard stool . USUALLY i have loose stool or diarhia. Also thin stool if not loose. Sometimes i wipe and see blood on the paper. Ive felt around down there and in fact i do feel some sort of lump. Im pretty positive i have internal hemmorroids. Ive been getting a little scared of that i might have colon cancer? Is it possible at this age? Can hemmoroids or ibs eventually lead to colon cancer? I havent gone to a Doctor becuase i have no health insurance and no money to pay upfront costs. Do i have other options?

Hello. Welcome to hcm.
You have absolutely no risk of colon cancer except if there is a history of colon cancers in your family.
Ibs are totally benign and have no physical complications except psychological stress. Due to this and constipation, you have developed hemorrhoids. They can never cause colon cancer.
I advice you to take stool softners syrup with lignocaine jelly to apply to anus to decrease pain. Once stool softens, hemorrhoids will disappear. You can visit your doctor which will not cost much. Avoid hard food and drink lots of water.
All the best
