General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
As treatment is continued, wait till course is completed.
After infection subsided, you will be alright.
After treatment fever subsides and headache persists then go for other causes for having headache like high blood pressure, sinus headache etc.
Go for your blood pressure checked.
Ok and bye.
