Have Fever. Was Taking Meftal But Now Prescribed Rudamol. Which Medicine Will Cure Fast?
my son is suffering from fever . we use to give him meftal earlier whenever fever comes .yesterday i have consulted a doctor and he gave my son rudamol which contain paracetamol. i have observed after giving rudamol it takes some more time in comparision to maftal for the fever to come down so pleas suggeast shall i give meftal in this case.

Meftal is a preparation of Mefenamic Acid and is usually not given in childre below 12 years of age and mothers during lactation. Rudamol is a preaparation of Paracetamol which is a preferred drug for any form of Fever in Children. Of course, treating fever may need some other medications like antibiotics .
