Have fever. Feeling bloated, fatigue and have sore abdomen. What's wrong?
For 8 days I have been experiencing sore abdominal and extreme fatigue ... I had a fever for about 3 days I think it is gone now but my I m ap dehydrated no matter how much water I drink.. I don t want to eat bc it makes me bloated and even more fatigued and sore in the abdominal area... my urine and stool was a crazy Orange looking color... what s wrong with me im a 28 yr old male.

after reading your case i want to confirm whether you are using any medicines for anything?because some medicines can cause orange color urine and stool.So i want to first confirm about that if not you must go and have an ultrasound abdomen becoause in these cases symptomatic treatment does not help.After that report you will come to know whether there is any problem in your abdomen.And try to check your glucose levels once.Thank you
