Have Fat Around Penis Area, Affecting Sex Life. Will Surgery Help?

I have lost a good amount of weight over the year but have alot of fat around my private/penis area. I thought it would have gone away but it is still there and it hangs so i cant see my penis. It is affecting my sex life and everything and I was wondering if there is any surgery/ or lipo I can get done to remove the fat around that area so I can see my penis and be more manly down there? what would it cost and what Is it called? Thanks

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are over weight and obese and have problem in performing sex due to obesity.

The excessive fat around penis can not be a problem for pleasurable sexual life. It is due to excessive abdominal fat that causes problem in performing sex.

Please consult qualified plastic Surgeon experienced in doing these type of surgeries to explore the feasibility of doing Liposuction to reduce your your weight,keeping in mid that liposuction does not solve problem permanently but one has to keep the body weight under control.

Please consult qualified sexologist to learn to modify sex positions suitable to both of you to have a enjoyable sex .
