Have Exercise Induced Asthma, Had A Flutter In Chest. Unable To Breathe Even After Using Inhaler. Is This Asthma ?

Hi! I m a very active 29 year old woman. I am 5 foot 3 and 158 lbs. I have exercised induced asthma . I haven t had many issues with it lately, but I recently felt a flutter in my chest for about 5 seconds. Then I fainted immediately following. After I came to I felt like I couldn t breathe, even after using my inhaler . I felt flush for a long time after. Is this asthma or something worse?

Get heart tests done ECG TMT
It seems to be Angina Pectoris instead of asthma
Get diagnosed between Angina and allergic asthma
