Have Excess Fat In Body. Doing Exercise. How Can I Reduce My Weight And Fat Without Causing Any Side Effects?

Hi,
I am 26yrs lady.having excess of fat in my body. My weight is 69kg. In old age i was very lean but after age attend my body shape is totally changed. My breast, hip & buttocks r big in size. I am going gym & reduced food items sincr i was not reduced. I am going to get marry soon. This was major problem to me.
I asked my friends & others. But as of now no solution. Please tell the medicine to reduce my weight&fat very soon without side affects. Pls pls. I wil thankful to u in life time...:-)

See first of all taking any medicine for reducing weight has its side effects , you will better off following a strict diet and exercise regimen.
I would ask you to follow these guidelines:
1.Add a cardio workout ( brisk walk or jogging everyday for 45 mins)
2.Stay hydrated
3.Eat a high protein diet ( chicken breast, fish , eggs )
4.Add green tea into your diet
5.Eat 4-5 small meals evenly spaced throughout the day ( boosts metabolism )
6.Avoid all processed , fried foods and sugary drinks.
7.Be consistent with your diet and exercise.
Follow this strictly and you will be on your way to lose quite a few pounds.
