Have Exacerbations With Unexplained Bruising. Itching On Upper Thighs. Suggestions?

For over 8 years I ve had off and on exacerbations with unexplained bruising. It used to be just on my thighs and always began with an intense Itching. Last week though I ve noticed bruising all over. I counted 31 you could even see where someone had grabbed my arm each of their fingers even though I was never grasped hard. This morning I recognized the intense itching on my upper thighs and within a few hours had bruising about 20 cm in length. Any suggestions?

This kind of severe exacerbations of bruising after itching, necessitates proper investigations to rule out any underlying disease. Proper medical history with any history of previous drug intake should be taken. There might be any underlying blood dyscrasis which can simulate such symptoms. Thorough dermatological evaluation and relevant investigations will determine the exact cause of this problem.
