Breast enlargement and abdominal bloating could be related to your menstrual cycle/hormonal cause, and is more commonly experienced in women expecting a period or around menopause (this of course can be considered only if you are around the age of menopause, not otherwise). But as you have undergone a hysterectomy, there will be a hormonal imbalance, which can easily result in the symptoms you are experiencing. Do not worry about your PAP smear, it is good practice to conduct a PAP smear every now and then. Doctor s prefer discussing everything with the patient in the form of a one on one discussion, and not over the telephone. I am sure there is nothing alarming to worry about.
