Have Endometriosis. Light Period. Had Unprotected Sex. Explain?

Hi, this month my period has been very different. Due to having endometriosis I usually have very heavy periods with bad cramping which I take prescription pain killers for. However, this month it came 1 day early (I normally have very regular periods) with hardly any cramping and has been very light. Since yesterday it has been on and off and is mainly only noticeable when I use the bathroom. I had unprotected sex a few weeks ago, I took a few pregnancy tests and all came back negative and i m not too sure whats going on.

hello,
You are suffering from endometriosis with regular period. Now presents with painless light spotting with negative pregnancy tests.
Do a USG lower abdomen to rule out underlying pathology if any.It may be due to hormonal imbalance,
stress,emotional upset or thyroid problem.
Consult with your gynecologist for further investigations and take advice accordingly.
Don't be much worried. Avoid stress and control body wt.
Be well.
