Have Electric Shock Pain In Chest. Connected To Rising Acid When Burping?

I ve been experiencing this electric shock kind of pain in my chest . I usually experience it at night while I m resting. I have this dull pressure on my chest after eating a meal. When I exercise, I feel better. I think the more tired I am, the more it doesn t bother me. I also have this acid coming up when I tried to burp. Don t know if it is connected though.

Change in life style. Eat bland diet. avoid alcohol and smoking. Take polycrolgel and tab unienzyme for few days. Take food rich in fiber. In crease your water intake. With this you will improve.
