Have Dry, Hardening, Itchy Patches On Palms And Feet. Splits Open And Are Painful. Treatment?
I have dry, hardening and itchy patches if skin on the palms of my hands and the arches of my feet . If I don t cover them with plastic wrap or masking tape, they will split open and become extremely painful. I ve been wearing plastic on my feet for over 5 years - nobody has been able to help me...I will try anything - any suggestions?

it look like palmo planter keratosis or severe eczema or hand -foot psoriasis
you have very dry skin and it lead to crack and fissure
you must apply good moisturizer
in severe case oral steroid for short time is effective .
better to consult dermatologist to have good response.
