Have Dry And Tickly Cough, More Saliva, Breathlessness. Hay Fever?

i have had a slight dry tickly cough for about a month. Thought it may be hay fever related but hay fever is much better now. Mostly at night. Seem to have a bit more saliva than normal.Sometimes wake up, cough then feel as though i have water droplets in my windpipe and am gasping for a couple of breathes like i can t get my air and am choking,

Hello,


Since symptoms have persisted for a month you should undergo a chest x ray , few sputum and blood investigations.

Such cough can be due infection, tuberculosis, chronic allergy or COPD etc.

So investigations are needed to plan appropriate treatment.
