Have Dry And Sore Vaginal Opening. Have Cuts From Scratching And Pink Discharge. Cure?

The past couple of days I ve had a very dry, sore vaginal opening and believe I have a cut or scrape down there because of the friction from me scratching . I haven t had sex in a month,so I know it s not from that and I ve been with the same guy for 3 years. Today I saw very light pink discharge ...what could that be from?

Hello ma'am.

Based on your description, it sounds like you could be suffering from a sinple urianry tract infection (UTI).

A pinkish discharge is seen in two cases:
1. A soon approaching period
2. Infections

In your case the pinkish discharge is most probably due to the infection. Please visit your doctor for a urine analysis and if possible a urine culture and sensitivity examination also, for more rapid and effective treatment.

Wishing you the best.

Take care.
