General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
She is aged 51 years, got dropped uterus and bladder. Doctors advised hysterectomy, removal of uterus, and lifting the bladder.
As you describe if she is fit physically, it may not be a major problem. The recovery will be short enough.
Bed rest is compulsory, and hard work, she can do for income. Or if it is casual, she can avoid the stress.
I advise her to take green leafy vegetables , pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a positive recovery. Thank you.
