Have Drastic Decrease In Appetite. Don T Feel Like Urinating. Drinking Lot Of Fluids. What To Do?

I have had trouble going to the bathroom (#2) for a few weeks now. It does not hurt or anything, i just do not feel the urge to go. I have been eating healthier and I drink a lot of water, so I am not sure why I am not going. Also, I have a had a drastic decrease in appetite recently, and I am always thirsty, yet I am drinking plenty of fluids. Could all these things be related?

Hello,
Even after taking plenty of water and your bladder is not filled, means that some amount of loss is there. Moreover you feel thirsty even after drinking lots of water. This indicates some amount of loss and dehydration. The probable causes are
1) Diarrhea
2) Vomiting
3) Excessive sweating
You have to say which is applicable to you
Regarding the loss of appetite - there are so many causes like peptic ulcer, indigestion etc., - which may need investigation and treatment.
Both the conditions are seems to be a different entity.
Best wishes
