Have Double Valve Replacement Condition, TIA, Taking Acitrom And Ecosprin. Advisable Intake Of Alcohol?

Dear Doctor, I am 29 year old male. I have a Double Valve Replacement condition (yr 1999). I was diagnosed with first TIA in 2009 and second just this month. Right now, I am on anticoagulant medication that includes Acitrom(6mg) and Ecosprin (150mg). I would like to understand affect of alcohol & smoking (tobacco & cannabbis) with anti coagulant medication. What is the advisable intake of alcohol a day?

As far as my knowledge you should completely stop smoking and alcohol,as both are risk factors for u as u r having a heart problem, moreover they interfere with the action of your anticoagulants
