Have Done Lipid Profile Test. Have Changed Lifestyle After High Numbers Previously. Can Online Doctor Help?

Sir, my latest Lipid Profile Results are :- Triglycerides=88 mg/dl, Total Cholesterol=192 mg/dl, HDL Cholesterol=40.2 mg/dl, LDL Cholesterol=134.2 mg/dl and VLDL Cholesterol=17.6 mg/dl. These numbers very high when I tested for Lipid Profile in the year 2010. After that I changed my life style. From then, I am regularly doing brisk walk daily for 5 kms alongwith dietary changes. Sir kindly analyse this report and guide me accordingly. I will be grateful to you. I am attaching my Lipid Profile Tests done on 25.04.2010 and 07.04.2013. THANKS

Dear Vineet
thanks for writing to us.
your current report seems to be fairly Ok on the face of it. but if you want exact analysis. please tell us your age, if you are a smoker/ diabetic/ hypertensive (high BP)/ If you ever had a heart attack or stroke? if your blood relative had a heart attack , if yes then at what age? All these are required to calculate your target cholesterol level. in the meantime please continue life style modifications.
sincerely
