Have Dizzy Spells, Glands In Neck Are Swollen And Hurting. Feel Sore And Weak. Suggestion?

I have had dizzy spells for the past 12days (it seems to be when i lay down or lay down and turn my head) the whole room spins. And today I m starting to get sick. The glands in my neck are swollen and hurt! My head and body is so sore and feels weak. If its just the sick stuff I m starting to feel today I would not be worried its just with the dizzy spells I have never had anything like this.

Hi,
This could be a middle ear infection that is causing the persistent dizziness and nausea. I would suggest trying anti-sickness medication that your doctor would prescribe. You should stay in bed while the nausea persists and try to drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
