Have Dizziness, Light Headedness, Vomiting And Fatigue. Taking Iron Supplements. What To Do?

Hi, Over the last few weeksI have been feeling light headed, dizzy, vomiting, fatigue, and I've found myself confused a lot. I found out that I am anemic and I've been taking an iron supplement pill daily but I'm still having these symptoms. It has began to affect my work because I get tired easy and I get that light headed feeling to where I feel I could pass out at any given time. What do you suggest I do as far as these symptoms and work also?

hi,
the symptoms are due to anemia because there is no enough amount of blood going to the organs to make them work fine so the symptoms you mentioned are common. And the first thing you must do is to know the cause of your anemia. The causes include due to blood loss or by decreased or faulty red blood cell production or caused by destruction of red blood cells.only by taking iron supplements without knowing proper cause cant solve your problem.Thank you
