Have Dizziness, Headache, Runny Nose, Black Spots In Eye And Nausea. What To Do?

hello dr. For over a year have had a runny nose mostly one right side when i look down nasal drips in what seems like a large amount. Also havr a very limited sense of smell and taste. Within last 3 months headches stabbing pains dizziness in which i am very close t "blacking out" and feel numb in face. My eyes are blurry but not all the time, and in the inner corners of my eyes i have black spots, also seeing "things " out of the corners also seeing orange bright colors. And nausea

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
Your symptoms are suggestive of nasal allergy (allergic rhinits). An ENT consultation and use of antihistaminic agents such as levocetrizine would be useful.
A co-existing migraine is also a possibility.
