I have noted all your complaints.
The possibility of migraine is likely in your case. How ever, this is a diagnosis of exclusion. Note that CT scan may not demonstrate certain problems of the brain and more so problem of your kind. I think you can get evaluated by a local
neurologist. His clinical input will largely solve this case. The clinical interview by the neurologist will help us decide if a MRI scan of the brain is required or not.
If the MRI is normal, then you may benefit with a trial of anti-migraine medicines like amitriptiline,
topiramate,
valproate,
propranolol. Learn to avoid stress and relax, follow a regular pattern of food and sleep habit.
Regarding snoring, if you are obese, try to decrease your weight and if you have thyroid problem/diabetes get these treated. Sleep in a lateral position as this will decrease the snoring. If all these measures fail, please consult a local
sleep medicine specialist
