Thanks for your query. These are the signs of anxiety.
However, you are advised to go through your whole blood chemistry tests like
•     Blood complete examination
•     LFTs
•     Renal Profile
•     Lipid profile
Also advised for thyroid tests
•     TSH
•     T₃
•     T₄
Meanwhile, I advised you
•     To take some Tranquilizers with the help of your local doctor starting from minimum dose.
•     Avoid stressful conditions, stress creating things, situations and atmosphere.
•     Take fresh fruits and do light exercises in morning and evening.
•     Also keep yourself busy in healthy activities like sports, social welfare etc
Hoping that you will get benefit from my advice.
If you don’t get relief, plz let me know on,, then I will guide you accordingly.
My prayers are with you.
Thanks and best regards.

Your symptoms are so complex that it make it more obvious that the central nerves system is involved.

First check you Blood pressure for any uncontrolled hypertension.

There may be retinal vessels involvement due to the visual problems.

Consult an Ophthalmologist.

Complete nervous system evaluation with MRI of the brain and spinal cord is need.

Consult a neurologist.
