Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The loose motions appear to be due to some infection in the intestines, which usually is accompanied with the nausea and cramps.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms , ofloxacin, omeprazole, domperidone, and loperamide when ever there is frequency.
The motions at the time of the period may be a coincidence, or some people may have such an experience.
In this case also if the infection is cleared in the above manner, it may not be repeated.
Wishing a good health. Thank you.
