Since there is diagnosis of disease already i.e. ULCER ( gastric or duodenal).
So your's query is here about eatables.
Before mentioning the chart I would like to suggest you that the causes, which produces ULCER so that easily you can get rid off these , if any , in your life.

===Spirit
===Smoking
They ( above mentioned causes) all are responsible for ulcer formation in stomach (abdomen).
Eats plain roti(chapati) made from wheat flour,
Any vegetables devoid of extra spices ( only salt, turmeric,coriander cumin, )
All fruits but in limit
Rice curd( fat free), milk ( fat free if possible)
Boiled food with out spices are the best.
Avoid coffee, tea, alcohol , strong pungent liquids.
Tinned foods avoid.
Remain tension free , active exercises and live healthy life.
