Have Diabetes. Need Doctor To Loosen Toenails

Hello, I live in St Cloud Florida and need to find a Doctor who practices in Kissimmee,Florida, podiatry...I am a diabetic and have Humana insurance. One I went to chopped my toe nails and told me to come back when I needed them done again. He never checked my feet. I do not feel that he was doing an acceptable job. Am looking for another to help me. I have a toe nail that is loosening from the bed and needs to be removed.
