Dear Mr Vishwanathan,

Having lived with diabetes with such an fighting attitude you must be congratulated. Please understand with the same spirit that there is no cure yet for type 2 diabetes. You can live over 100 years with diabetes when you are taking care of it so nicely.
I would not say you need any change in your lifestyle as of now. But if you feel it has been monotonous for you to follow this lifestyle and hence you are looking for a cure then please get back to me and I shall guide you how you can be flexible with diet and exercise and enjoy your being diabetes again.
Take care.
