Hello
Thanks for the query. Some times menses will delay due to many factors like travelling, emotional disturbance etc. For confirmation of pregnancy you need to get done pregnancy test for beta HCG. Your bleeding might be due to delayed menses, but I suggest you to consult gynecologist for further confirmation
Thank you

Hi Sabina
Walikum salam

Welcome to HCM

If you had normal cycles from 2-7 days duration irrespective of the dates as they can be delayed which normal then it means you don't have pregnancy.

For increasing the chances of conception here are few tips which can help you.

The most important and ideal time for conception is the mid 7 days of the cycles. e.g your cycles ends on the 1st of the month then from 1st to 7th of the month you will not conceive because it is not the phase of ovulation. The ideal phase from 7th to 14th which is the time of getting pregnant. From 14 to 21st again there is no pregnancy phase.

The next step is the release of both sperm of male and ovum of female makes the conception possible. one of them missing will make the process incomplete so try to stay longer for a duration so that both of you releases your sperm and ovum.

A task for you is that after having coitus with your husband try to retain his sperms inside your cervix for a longer duration by adjust your position and it makes easier for the sperm to travel towards ovum. Do not urinate immediately after intercourse.

Hope this helps you out.

Thanks
Regards
