Have Degenerative Disc Disease With Antherolisthesis. Lower Back Pain, Buttock Pain, Muscle Spasms. Surgery?

I ve been diagnosed wiht severe L4-L5 degenerative disc disease with grade 1 antherolisthesis.also miderate thoracolumbar scoliosis with levoconex apex at L1-L2 and destroconvex compensatory curvature at L4-L5 Slightly mobile anterolisthesis of L4-L5 which increaes fro 4 mm to 5mm with extension . Anterolisthesis is grade 1 I have severe lower back pain in left buttock area and in the big muscle in my mid back on the left side. I have started having involuntary muscle spasms in left leg and numbness. How it be to have surgery. I hve been in pain for about 13 years
