Have dark swollen lump on bottom of foot.Hurts when walking. Reason?

Hi, I have a hard lump growing on the bottom of my right foot near the heel. It s dark and looks swollen. It hurts when I walk on it or when I apply pressure. It is about an inch above the end of my foot but slightly to the side, my inner side. It looks very dark in the center but you can feel the lump outside of the dark center as well. It hurts if I spend a lot of time on my feet . What is it?

Hye! You are having corn (clavus). It is very common skin disease. It occurs mostly on pressure area of sole. Have soft shoes to avoid heavy pressure on sole. You may consult surgeon for excision. Or you apply salicylic acid solution locally once dailyafter consulting dermatologist .You may be improved.
