Have crawling sensations in head with migraines, chest pain, heartburn sensation. What should be done?

I have these crawling sensations in my head a long with migraines. I have Prehypertension 120 – 139 and my Diastolic is always in between 90 – 99. I have heart palpitations and have chest pains from time to time along with heartburn sensations and dizziness . I have shortness of breath when all this is going on as well. I have been to the E.R. several times and they tell me that my heart is fine and shows no problems on the E.K.G. But I know myself and I feel what I m feeling is very abnormal for me. I have been told that my blood flow might not be good and that I might have a clogged artery somewhere. What do you think?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi thank you for asking HCM!
It seems like you have prehypertension and the best thing to do in your case is a complete cardiac check up (Echo cardiogram stress test) and life style modification:
1. Mediteranean diet rich in vegetables fats and proteins low in animal.
2. Reduction on alchohol intake.
3. Increase Physical activity and sports.
Best regards Dr. Benard Shehu
